Does The Binding of Isaac work on iPhone Duo?
Not yet. The latest version of The Binding of Isaac we've seen on the App Store (1.4, released January 29, 2024) came out before Apple started accepting iOS 27.1 SDK builds on October 5, 2026, so it isn't built for the full iPhone Duo display. Depending on how it was built, it either fills most of the inner display or opens in a smaller window with empty space around it.
Nobody has reported how this app runs on iPhone Duo yet.
